US IT Staffing (OPT/CPT/STEM OPT)

We’re seeking an energetic, self-motivated OPT Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. You’ll recruit OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen consultants for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing consultants through the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with candidates, universities, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Build continuous pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, TechFetch, ZipRecruiter, GitHub, referrals, and university/alumni networks; apply Boolean and X-Ray search techniques.
  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, employment history, and rate expectations; verify eligibility documentation before submission.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term consultant relationships, provide bench-period follow-ups, and deliver an excellent candidate experience end-to-end.
  • Recruitment Lifecycle: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate compensation, and manage offers and onboarding.
  • University & OPT Outreach: Build relationships with universities and training institutes to create early-stage OPT/CPT pipelines.
  • ATS & Compliance: Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and ensure compliance with US immigration and employment regulations (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, EAD, Green Card, I-9, E-Verify).
  • Collaboration: Partner daily with Sales, Account Managers, Delivery Managers, Bench Sales, and Career Advisors to meet urgent client needs.

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
    • 1–4 years of experience in US Staffing or OPT Recruitment
    • Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and work-authorization categories
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Direct Clients, MSP, or VMS requirements
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and software development roles
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate and AI-assisted recruiting tools
  • Prior experience with university hiring programs
