We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT requirements across the United States. You’ll bring strong sourcing expertise and hands-on experience recruiting highly skilled technology professionals for Contract (C2C/W2), Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time opportunities — working closely with Account Managers, Delivery Teams, Hiring Managers, and Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the lifecycle from requirement analysis to onboarding, prioritizing urgent needs while maintaining submission quality within SLA timelines.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source IT professionals via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, TechFetch, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Google X-Ray search, using Boolean search, talent mapping, and AI-assisted sourcing.
- Technical Recruitment: Recruit across Software Development (Java, .NET, Python, React), Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform), Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications (SAP, Salesforce), Cybersecurity, and QA & Automation.
- Candidate Screening: Assess technical expertise, communication, project achievements, work authorization, and cultural fit; coordinate technical evaluations.
- Client Coordination: Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Leads, coordinate interviews, and share feedback promptly.
- Offer Management & Onboarding: Negotiate compensation and billing rates, manage offers, and support background verification and a smooth joining process.
- Compliance: Maintain strong understanding of H-1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, Green Card, TN Visa, EAD, I-9, and E-Verify requirements.
- Direct Client / MSP / VMS: Recruit across Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, and Wand, understanding client SLAs and compliance needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment across Contract, C2C, W2, Contract-to-Hire, and FTE placements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS recruitment
- Experience recruiting niche technologies
- Knowledge of AI-assisted recruiting platforms
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR
