The HR Executive will play a vital role in attracting top talent, supporting HR operations, coordinating employee onboarding, and ensuring a seamless employee experience. The role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a people-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and social media
- Conduct HR screening interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage offer rollout and joining formalities
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance, leave, and HR compliance
- Update HRMS and employee databases
- Assist with payroll inputs
Employee Onboarding
- Conduct induction programs
- Prepare joining documentation
- Coordinate IT, Admin, and reporting managers for onboarding
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee events
- Support employee recognition programs
- Assist with training coordination
- Conduct employee feedback surveys
Compliance
- Ensure HR documentation complies with labor laws
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 1–3 years of HR experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRMS software
- Recruitment agency or IT company experience
- Knowledge of labor laws
