The HR Manager will oversee Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compliance, and Workforce Planning. This leadership role partners closely with business leaders to develop people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership
- Lead and mentor the HR team
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build a high-performance culture
Talent Acquisition
- Develop recruitment plans
- Oversee hiring for technical and business roles
- Improve employer branding initiatives
HR Operations
- Manage HR policies and procedures
- Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Ensure smooth HR operations
Performance Management
- Manage appraisal processes
- Support goal setting and performance reviews
- Develop succession planning initiatives
Employee Engagement
- Drive employee engagement programs
- Conduct surveys and action plans
- Improve employee retention
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support audits and statutory requirements
HR Analytics
- Track hiring metrics, attrition, employee satisfaction, and HR KPIs
- Present reports and recommendations to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 5–8 years of HR experience
- Leadership experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (HR)
- Experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Staffing organizations
- Knowledge of HRMS, ATS, and HR Analytics
- HR certification is an added advantage
