The OPT Recruitment Manager will lead the OPT Recruitment function — managing recruiter performance, consultant pipeline development, university outreach initiatives, career services coordination, and recruitment operations. You’ll bring strong leadership skills and deep expertise in US Staffing, consultant marketing, recruiter coaching, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of OPT Recruiters, Career Advisors, and Recruitment Coordinators; define strategy and drive a high-performance culture.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and retain top recruitment talent; conduct coaching sessions and evaluate performance through measurable KPIs.
- Recruitment Operations: Oversee the complete lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, standardizing workflows and ensuring SLA adherence.
- University & OPT Programs: Build strategic university relationships and develop campus hiring and graduate outreach programs.
- Consultant Marketing Strategy: Ensure consultants are interview-ready, well-branded, and effectively marketed to recruiters and account managers.
- Performance Management: Monitor recruiter KPIs and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Business Growth: Partner with Sales and Business Development to align hiring priorities and contribute to revenue generation.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, Green Card, EAD, TN Visa, I-9, and E-Verify requirements.
- Reporting & Analytics: Present executive dashboards on recruiter productivity, pipeline, placement trends, and SLA performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7–12 years of experience in US IT Staffing
- Minimum 3 years in a Team Lead, Recruitment Manager, or Delivery Management role
- Strong experience managing OPT recruitment teams
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree
- Experience managing large recruitment teams
- Knowledge of workforce planning and revenue forecasting
- Experience implementing recruitment automation tools
