We are seeking an experienced US & Canada IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology positions across the United States and Canada. You’ll bring strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing highly skilled IT professionals for Contract (C2C/W2/T4), Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time opportunities, partnering closely with Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the lifecycle from requirement analysis to onboarding, delivering quality submissions within client SLAs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Google X-Ray search, using Boolean search, talent mapping, and AI-assisted sourcing.
- Technology Recruitment: Recruit across Software Development, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, Data & AI, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and QA & Automation.
- US & Canada Employment Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of W2, C2C, H-1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card (US) and T4, PR, Work Permit, Express Entry (Canada).
- Direct Client / MSP / VMS Recruitment: Work across Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, and Wand, ensuring compliance with client submission guidelines.
- Offer Management & Onboarding: Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation and billing rates, and ensure a seamless joining experience.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build long-term consultant relationships and maintain high engagement and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, Sales, HR, and Immigration teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- 2–6 years of experience in US and/or Canada IT Recruitment
- Experience recruiting for Contract, W2, C2C, T4, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time positions
- Strong understanding of US and Canadian employment terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS recruitment
- Experience recruiting niche technology professionals
- Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools
- Knowledge of Canadian recruitment practices and employment documentation
